Will are the chances that Rye Merges with Port Chester, again? It is my understanding that they were once one but some people wanted it to be separate. So, the result was splitting it apart while still sharing the same zip code. The difference’s being different police departments and fire departments, etc.

Now, it seems they are looking to make it one again.
